Pledge to walk for Mental Health and raise funds for NSN!  Ask your family and friends to sponsor you by donating to NSN’s programs for young adults with mental health challenges. You can walk alone or create a team to make it a fun social event! Keep track of your miles. You can walk anywhere, anytime you want during May. Set a goal for how far or how often you will walk.
